  • In The Evening Sun

I had a pretty big day on the track today.  I ran 5 miles earlier this morning at Terry Hershey Park, aka Heaven in Houston.  And then I just got back from running 6 miles at Rice with my partner in grime Phixin The Ill, Pharmacist Phil.  What does that amount to?  A new personal record 11 miles in one day.

So, just add on two more miles, and do it all at one time, and there's a half-marathon for you.  Cake.

Oh, and as for the phenomenon known as Runner's High, it's real, and it's spectacular.

Not only was I able to get in some quality exercise/training, it gave me a chance to beta test my Half-Marathon Music Mix.

Here it is, Revision A of the powerful playlist that I hope will propel me to prominence. Or atleast past a precipice. Perhaps.

    HalfMarathon-RevA

    Well there you go.

But you know what.  Maybe I should load this video into my ipod and watch it on repeat the whole run.  Arguably, the greatest thing ever.
